SQUEEZE-INS 
A squeeze-in requires a fee of €40,00. Please send a Whatsapp message to +31 6 17 46 95 59 for the possibilities. 

 

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 20% of your chosen service must be paid to confirm your appointment. All deposits are included in the price of the chosen service. Please choose your slot wisely, as all deposits are non-refundable.

 

In the event of re-scheduling within the 48-hour grace period or cancellation on your behalf, another deposit will be required. 

 

If the appointment is rescheduled on our behalf, your deposit will not be lost. 
1-on-1 training deposit are not refundable. 
*trainings can be rescheduled twice with the first deposit, third time rescheduling = new deposit

 

CONFIRMATION
All confirmation e-mails will be sent to your e-mail as soon as you book your appointment. In your confirmation e-mail, it is also possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself 72 hours before the appointment.

 

HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please make sure your hair is product-free if needed for your chosen service, so no grease, oil, leave-in conditioner, gel, etc. Failure to comply can lead to cancellation. 
  • Please make sure to also wash your bundles before your appointment, if this is not possible, please add on the following service:
    Wash & Drying Bundles Pre-Install 
  • For us to service you, your hair needs to be at least 6 inches = 15 cm across your entire head.
  • I don't work with bundles that are cut into small pieces.
  • I only work with RAW HAIR.
    I don't work with AMAZON/ALIEXPRES/SHEIN/VIRGIN HAIR/SYNTHETHIC HAIR/HAIRSHOP/HAIRTOKO/HAARWINKEL nor BAD QUALITY HAIR. 

    Please keep in mind if you do come with this type of hair/or hair that is not of quality it is possible that we will deny service. We recommend the following companies to order your bundles, if you want to purchase your bundles at a different company or when in doubt about the bundles, please message us first.

BUNDLE GUIDE
  • Traditional sew-in with leave-out: minimum of 3 bundles depending on the length
  • Microlink install: minimal of 3 bundles. Depending on the client and desired look
  • Curly install: preferably raw hair (it blends better with natural hair) if it's not raw it can only be virgin hair from Slayics. Co
LATE POLICY
When you are running late please communicate this with us, you can message us at the following number:

10 minutes late = additional €10,00
15 minutes late = the appointment will automatically be canceled. 
 
When you are late and you want a new appointment, you will need to book a new appointment which means, new deposit.
 
The late policy also applies if you cannot find a parking spot in time for the appointment.
 
When it comes to appointments such as ends trimming or styling/add-on services, in-person consultations, you can only be 10 minutes late otherwise your appointment will be canceled.
 
It is possible that an appointment runs out, in this event I have a grace period of 15 minutes.
 
 
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to let us know within 48 hours before your appointment, you will have to pay 50% of the remaining balance, and to make a new appointment a new deposit will also be required. 

If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will automatically be blocked from booking and noted on the blacklist. To book again you will be required to pay for the full remaining payment.

REFUND POLICY
BySerenity has a 24-hour grace period in which you can come back to us with any problems or issues with your hair or appointment and we will rectify the issue. We do not give out refunds, but we will look for fitted solution for both parties. BySerenity is constantly working on bettering our services, so feel free to contact us. We welcome all feedback.

PLEASE NOTE!
  • Your appointment time is an estimated time on how long it will roughly take to do your hair. It is possible to run out later than expected or be done much earlier, please bear this in mind.
  • We only accept cash, no bank transfers, please. There aren't a lot of cash points close to our location, please keep this in mind. If you want to pay by bank transfer there will be an additional fee of €20,00. 
  • If you come with an extra company without communicating this, they will be asked to leave, as the salon has limited space.
  • There is no free parking outside the location. There can be minimal parking sometimes, so please give yourself the time to find parking elsewhere, so you can still get to your appointment in time.
